  • Unlimited consultations by phone and in person provided on planning and etiquette.

  • Preparation of a customized, detailed Timeline including your Rehearsal and Wedding Day.
  • Provide a structured timeline schedule that synchronizes every detail with your venue and wedding professionals to be certain everyone is “on the same page” during your ceremony and reception.
  • Attend your Rehearsal to assist with the organization of your Ceremony.
  • Our presence at your Wedding Ceremony to coordinate and oversee the decorations,  the distribution of flowers, get everyone in place before the Processional begins, and fluff the bride’s dress just before she walks down the aisle.
  • Coordinators arrive early in the day to oversee the Reception setup exactly as planned, making sure everything is completed (candles lit, tables set up as designed, music playing, etc.) before the first guest arrives.
  • Attend the Reception to assist in accomplishing the festivities as scheduled. We ensure that everything runs smoothly allowing everyone involved to relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your lives.

Our Services


Pre-Wedding

 **Package starting at $2,500** (minimum guests 50) **
  *Plus travel charges will apply after the first 50 miles*

 

  • Establish a “To Do” list to guide the couple in planning their wedding
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls
  • Provide etiquette advice
  • Research and make vendor suggestions
  • Schedule vendor meetings
  • Attend up to 6 vendor meetings upon consultant availability*
  • Keep track and send reminders of when payments are due.
  • Create comprehensive timelines of the ceremony and reception
  • Provide timeline to vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party
  • Plan ceremony (including seating, processional, and recessional)
  • Manage vendors once hired/selected
  • Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc...) the week prior to the wedding
  • Attend final walk-thru meeting with the reception venue
  • Transport all personal items to ceremony and reception venue (guest book, toasting glasses, etc...) 



           *What to expect from your wedding coordinator*

  • Conduct administrative duties in preparations for your wedding day
  • Will be present at rehearsal  to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions
  • Will conduct the rehearsal in the absence of an on-site/church coordinator
  • Will be present the entire wedding day
  • Coordinate all dynamic facets of your day into a seamless and Polished event: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc.
  • Assist bride and groom as required throughout the wedding day
  • Oversee all wedding day deliveries
  • Ensure and oversee the design of the venue appears as anticipated
  • Assist with snacks and beverages for the bridal party
  • Organize and distribute of all personal flowers
  • Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time
  • Provide wedding emergency kit
  • Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding
  • Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids
  • Fix all dresses prior to walking down the aisle
  • Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception
  • Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception
  • Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
  • Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the proper vehicle/s or on-site hotel room
  • Handle all last minute needs
